Does the form format match my business structure? If the answer is no, then you can customize your own form format. Just e-mail us the titles that you would like to see displayed, in the order in which you want them displayed. We will then create a customized form within 48 hours and send you the new access code and link to your customized form.

How do I post pictures on the site? Just e-mail them to us, with a description (optional) and we will posted them within a week. Please include the name of your establishment in the e-mail.
